Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases made through nfc-a-tag.com. By placing an order or signing a service agreement, you agree to the terms that apply to that purchase.

Physical products
Physical NFC-A Tag products are covered by the Return and refund policy published on this site. That policy provides a free return or exchange request within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Services and custom work
Consulting, workflow design, app development, implementation, training, and other professional services are provided under an individual contract or statement of work. The signed contract controls the scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, acceptance terms, cancellation terms, and ownership of work product. If these terms and an individual contract conflict, the individual contract controls for that service engagement.

Three-day rescission window
Unless an individual contract or applicable law provides a longer or different right, an eligible customer may rescind a service contract by written notice within three calendar days after signing. Send notice to hello@nfc-a-tag.com and include the customer name, contract date, and service description. This window does not automatically apply to physical-product orders, completed services, custom work already authorized or delivered, or a contract for which applicable law provides a different rule or exception.

Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery, and project information and for reviewing a tag destination or project detail before approving it. NFC-A Tag does not replace required labels, postings, inspections, regulated records, emergency systems, medical advice, or direct communication.
