Accounting Advisory Engagement Handoff NFC Tag Kit

$299.00

Product Details

The engagement moves. Keep the team’s playbook close at hand.

Features

  • Ten customized NFC tags share one general, team-selected destination for an internal handoff checklist, methodology index, or review-resource hub.
  • Choose one sticker color across the kit. Optional custom print is $0.59 per tag ($5.90 for all ten); holder upgrades are available.

Benefits

  • Give a new team member a clear starting point when an engagement changes hands.
  • Keep client names, workpapers, accounting records, credentials, and confidential project details in your approved systems.
  • Use a small pilot to measure repeated searches, resends, stale-link fixes, and resource upkeep.

Package Details

  • The $299 kit includes ten customized NFC tags, one selected sticker color, and one shared URL.
  • All ten NFC tags open the same general team resource. The tag points to a page; it does not store client files, grant access, manage engagements, or connect to document-management software. A compatible phone and network access may be needed; the destination may require sign-in.
All ten NFC tags point to this shared general resource, such as an internal handoff checklist or methodology index. Keep client names, workpapers, accounting records, credentials, and engagement details in your organization’s approved systems.
Choose your sticker color

Your base is a white 30 mm NTAG215 coin. We’ll apply this non-metallic color sticker to its face.

Custom print

Print up to two centered lines inside a 28 mm safe circle on the 30 mm coin’s color sticker. The 1 mm margin keeps print clear of the edge.

Choose a holding option

Choose the way you would like to carry your tag. Each holder is assembled with care to fit the 30 mm coin.

The engagement moves. The playbook should move with it.

The client work stays in its system. The team’s handoff guide should be easier to find.

A shared folio can give the team a clear starting point.

Keep the team reference in the engagement folio.

Put an NFC tag on a shared advisory folio or another approved internal resource point. A compatible NFC-enabled phone opens the selected general handoff checklist, methodology index, or review-resource hub.

All ten NFC tags share one destination. One owner keeps that page current in the system the organization already uses.

Questions about Accounting Advisory Engagement Handoff NFC Tag Kit

How can I use Accounting Advisory Engagement Handoff NFC Tag Kit?

Use this 10-tag kit to give an internal advisory folio or approved team resource point a direct route to one shared general handoff resource.

Where can I place an NFC tag?

Keep an NFC tag on an internal engagement folio or another approved team resource point. Test it with a compatible phone where the team will use it.

What can an NFC tag open?

All ten NFC tags open the same destination selected for the kit, such as an internal handoff checklist, methodology index, or general review-resource hub.

Can I change the destination later?

Yes. A compatible, unlocked NFC tag can be rewritten with the NFC-A TAG Writer or another NFC writing app. If it opens a webpage you control, update that page without replacing the physical tag.

Do people need an app to scan an NFC tag?

Usually, no. Most current Android phones and iPhones can read a standard NFC tag with their built-in NFC reader. Keep the phone unlocked, and use the QR fallback when it is included with the product.
