Aerospace Program Handoff NFC Tag Kit

$399.00

Product Details

Keep a useful program resource close to the folio that moves between reviews.

Features

  • Ten customized 30 mm NTAG215 NFC tags in NFC-A TAG’s coin format, all programmed to one customer-selected program resource URL.
  • Choose a non-sensitive agenda, milestone handoff index, owner directory, or another approved destination your team selects.
  • Optional custom print is $0.59 per coin ($5.90 for all 10). One selected holder is an add-on for the kit.

Benefits

  • An NFC tag on the program folio gives collaborators a direct route to the current general resource.
  • Keeps destination ownership, access rules, and official records in your organization’s existing systems.

Package Details

  • Includes 10 customized 30 mm NFC-A TAG coins set to one URL for $399.00. Your selected sticker color applies across all 10 tags.
  • Use the tags on suitable program folios and follow your organization’s site and information-handling rules. The coin does not store controlled information, grant access, track people or assets, or replace the system of record. A selected holder is one holder per kit.
All ten tags will point to this customer-selected destination. Do not include restricted information, credentials, or access tokens in the URL. The destination may require your usual sign-in.
Choose your sticker color

Your base is a white 30 mm NTAG215 coin. We’ll apply this non-metallic color sticker to its face.

Custom print

Print up to two centered lines inside a 28 mm safe circle on the 30 mm coin’s color sticker. The 1 mm margin keeps print clear of the edge.

Choose a holding option

Choose the way you would like to carry your tag. Each holder is assembled with care to fit the 30 mm coin.

The review is ready. The agenda is current. The next owner should not take three calls to find either one. Put a customer-selected program resource one tap from the folio.

The Review Is Ready. Is the Handoff?

A hand brings a phone beside an NFC-A TAG coin clipped to a program folio in a generic industrial setting.
A 30 mm coin on a credential-neutral program folio. The team chooses the destination.

The room is set. The handoff is somewhere else.

The room is set. Engineering has one agenda. Manufacturing has the action list from yesterday. The next milestone owner is in another meeting, and the handoff resource is buried somewhere inside the system everybody already uses.

Put the selected resource on the folio.

Keep the NFC tag on the program folio. A tap can point to the current non-sensitive agenda, milestone handoff index, owner directory, or approved destination your team selects. If the source system requires sign-in, it still does. The controlled record stays where it belongs.

Start with the decision that brought everyone there.

One less scavenger hunt at the start of a review. More room for the decision that brought everybody there.

Count the minutes the program keeps losing.

A review burns time before the first slide when people are still finding the right agenda, the named owner, or the current handoff index. Start with a small set of folios and approved resources. Measure how long it takes a participant to reach the right destination, how often ownership questions interrupt a handoff, and whether each link has a current owner. Then decide if the tag earned a wider role.

These are ways to evaluate fit, not promised results. Do not credit the tag with decisions, approvals, or controlled-record management.

  • Median time to reach the selected resource.
  • Handoff interruptions caused by finding an owner or agenda.
  • Tagged links with a named owner and review date.
  • Broken or stale links encountered during similar review cycles.

Find the handoff gaps before adding another link.

Use the Program Resource Findability Audit to name the resource owner, check how long it takes to reach the current destination, and compare a small pilot with today’s handoff.

A general planning aid. Keep controlled, export-controlled, classified, CUI, credential, and personal information in authorized systems.

Questions about Aerospace Program Handoff NFC Tag Kit

How can I use Aerospace Program Handoff NFC Tag Kit?

Use this tag to create one physical shortcut to the information or action that matters for your object, bag, tool, household item, or shared resource.

Where can I place an NFC tag?

Place it on a clean, appropriate surface or attach it to the object that should become the starting point.

What can an NFC tag open?

A tag can open a selected instruction, contact, form, manual, page, or plain-text message.

Can I change the destination later?

Yes. A compatible, unlocked NFC tag can be rewritten with the NFC-A TAG Writer or another NFC writing app. If it opens a webpage you control, update that page without replacing the physical tag.

Do people need an app to scan an NFC tag?

Usually, no. Most current Android phones and iPhones can read a standard NFC tag with their built-in NFC reader. Keep the phone unlocked, and use the QR fallback when it is included with the product.
