Clinical Product Quality Resource Handoff NFC Tag Kit

$299.00

Product Details

The demo case is ready. Keep the approved resource close to the session.

Features

  • Ten customized white 30 mm NTAG215 NFC tags in NFC-A TAG’s coin format. All 10 open one organization-approved product education resource URL.
  • Choose one sticker color across the kit. Optional custom print is $0.59 per coin ($5.90 for all 10), plus one selected holder per kit.
  • Place a tag on a shared demonstration case, education binder, or training-room resource stand.

Benefits

  • An NFC tag gives clinical product teams a physical starting point for approved demonstrations and education materials.
  • Leaves review, approval, access, and document control in the organization’s existing systems.
  • Creates a small way to measure how much time the team spends locating and sharing a resource.

Package Details

  • The 10-tag kit is $299.00 and includes ten customized 30 mm NFC-A TAG coins set to one approved resource URL. All tags use one selected sticker color.
  • The tag points to a destination; it does not host, approve, secure, version, or certify materials. Keep patient information, case details, credentials, complaint records, and confidential product data out of public tag destinations. A compatible phone and network access may be needed; sign-in may still be required.
All 10 tags open the same organization-approved resource index, demonstration guide, product orientation page, or education video. Keep patient information, case details, credentials, complaint records, and confidential product data out of public tag destinations.
Choose your sticker color

Your base is a white 30 mm NTAG215 coin. We’ll apply this non-metallic color sticker to its face.

Custom print

Print up to two centered lines inside a 28 mm safe circle on the 30 mm coin’s color sticker. The 1 mm margin keeps print clear of the edge.

Choose a holding option

Choose the way you would like to carry your tag. Each holder is assembled with care to fit the 30 mm coin.

The room is set. The product is on the table. The approved guide is in a shared folder beside older versions.

The demo case is ready. Is the current guide in it?

A branded NFC-A Tag coin in a clear holder is clipped to an unbranded demonstration case beside a phone showing generic education resources.
Ten tags. One approved resource destination. The content owner keeps it current.

The case is packed. The guide is still somewhere else.

The session is ready to start. The specialist knows the demonstration. The approved orientation guide is in a shared folder beside two older versions. No one wants to teach from the wrong file.

Put the resource index with the case.

Attach the NFC tag to a shared demo case, education binder, or training-room stand. One tap opens the organization-approved resource index, demonstration guide, product orientation page, or education video your content owner selected. All 10 tags point to the same URL.

The content owner still handles review, approval, and updates in the system already used. The tag does not decide which version is current or replace controlled materials.

Name who keeps the destination current.

Choose the approved page. Check who can open it. Set a review date and test the tag at the session point. Keep patient details, credentials, complaint records, and confidential product information inside approved systems.

The session still needs an experienced person. The right resource should not depend on who saved the link last.

Map your product education handoff

Find the handoff friction before you add another process.

For a small pilot, record time spent finding and sharing approved resources, repeat requests for the same guide, and the work of keeping the destination current. Count tag setup and the current approval process, too.

Compare the handoff with its current path. If the guide is already easy to find, a tag may add another touchpoint without improving the work.

Model your own resource handoffs

Use numbers your team observed. This estimate runs in your browser and does not save or send what you enter.

Potential capacity value = handoffs × observed minutes avoided ÷ 60 × loaded hourly labor cost

Potential capacity: about $346 from 8 staff hours.

A planning estimate, not a promised saving or clinical result. Include setup, adoption, approvals, destination updates, and support.

Track during a pilot: time to find and share the approved resource; repeat requests for the same guide; broken or stale links; and time spent maintaining the destination.

Map the resource before adding the tap point.

Use the Clinical Product Resource Handoff Audit to list the approved destination, intended audience, access needs, content owner, and last review date.

Choose one non-patient-specific resource. Do not include patient records, case details, credentials, complaint data, or confidential product information.
