$299.00

Product Details

The launch is over. Keep the next useful conversation close to its current resource.

Features

  • Ten customized white 30 mm NTAG215 NFC tags in NFC-A TAG’s coin format, all set to one team-selected general adoption resource URL.
  • Choose one full-face sticker color across all ten tags. Optional custom print is $0.59 per coin ($5.90 for the kit); a holder is available as a per-kit add-on.
  • Add a simple tap point to a shared customer review folio, workshop kit, or enablement station.

Benefits

  • An NFC tag gives the team a direct route to its approved use-case library, product education index, or general follow-up resource.
  • Keeps customer records, private meeting notes, and account metrics in their authorized systems.
  • Creates a small pilot for measuring repeated searches, stale-link corrections, and resource upkeep.

Package Details

  • The 10-tag kit is $299.00. All tags open the same URL you provide and use one selected sticker color.
  • Choose one holder as an optional add-on per kit. Custom print is optional at $0.59 per coin ($5.90 for all ten). A tap opens the assigned destination; it does not identify a customer, collect account or usage data, host content, or integrate with customer-success software. A compatible phone and network access may be needed; the destination may require sign-in.
All 10 tags point to this one team-selected general resource index. Keep customer names, account records, private notes, credentials, and usage data in authorized systems; do not put passwords or access tokens in the URL. The destination may require sign-in.
Choose your sticker color

Your base is a white 30 mm NTAG215 coin. We’ll apply this non-metallic color sticker to its face.

Custom print

Print up to two centered lines inside a 28 mm safe circle on the 30 mm coin’s color sticker. The 1 mm margin keeps print clear of the edge.

Choose a holding option

Choose the way you would like to carry your tag. Each holder is assembled with care to fit the 30 mm coin.

The kickoff deck is closed. The next useful conversation is still coming.

The launch is over. Keep the next resource close.

At the next review, someone asks for the current use-case guide. Nobody needs another scavenger hunt disguised as customer success.

Customer adoption review workspace with a generic dashboard, phone, and lime NFC-A Tag coin in a clear holder.
Ten 30 mm coins. Each opens the same general resource index your team selects.

Put the index beside the conversation.

Keep the NFC tag with the shared review folio or enablement kit. A compatible phone tap opens the approved use-case library, product education index, or follow-up resource page your team chooses.

One destination needs one owner.

Name who maintains the page. Review the link before the next customer session. If the destination is hard to keep current, simplify it before adding a tag.

The coin does not know which customer is in the room. Customer records, private notes, and account metrics stay in authorized systems.

Find the time lost between “let’s try that” and the right resource.

Pilot with one customer-facing team. Record repeat requests, time spent finding and sharing approved material, stale-link corrections, and upkeep time. Compare the baseline with the pilot, including tag preparation. If the shortcut adds work without removing any, the numbers will show it.

Model a pilot with observed numbers

This estimates staff capacity, not a savings promise or a customer outcome. Your entries stay in this browser and are not saved or sent.

Potential capacity value = eligible resource handoffs × observed minutes saved ÷ 60 × loaded labor rate

Add your observed values to see a planning estimate.

A planning estimate only. It does not predict adoption, renewal, retention, satisfaction, revenue, productivity, or guaranteed savings. Include tag preparation and ongoing resource upkeep in your pilot.

Useful pilot measures: repeated requests; time locating and sharing the maintained page; stale-link corrections; and who owns the destination and review date.

Give the resource a clear owner.

Use the Customer Adoption Resource Map to list the general index, audience, intended moment, source, access requirement, and next review date.

A general planning worksheet. Do not enter customer names, usage metrics, account details, or sensitive configuration.

Questions about Customer Adoption Review Resource NFC Tag Kit

How can I use Customer Adoption Review Resource NFC Tag Kit?

Use this 10-tag kit to give a shared customer review folio, workshop kit, or enablement station a direct route to one approved index of general adoption resources.

Where can I place an NFC tag?

Keep the sleeved coin with a shared review folio or enablement kit. Test it with a compatible phone at the actual point of use.

What can an NFC tag open?

All ten tags open the same customer-selected use-case library, general product education index, or follow-up resource page. The destination may require sign-in.

Can each tag open a different customer resource?

No. All 10 tags in this kit open the same URL you provide. Use a general resource index if several approved guides need to stay available.

Does the tag identify a customer or record adoption activity?

No. The tag is a physical pointer to your selected URL. It does not identify a person, capture meeting or account information, collect usage data, or connect to customer-success software. Keep customer records, private notes, credentials, and account metrics in authorized systems.
