Medical Device Lab Sample Submission Resource NFC Tag Kit

$299.00

Product Details

The device is packed. The current submission page should not be hiding in somebody’s inbox.

Features

  • Ten customized 30 mm NTAG215 NFC tags in NFC-A TAG’s coin format, with one selected sticker color across the kit.
  • All ten tags open one general lab submission resource URL your team provides.
  • Optional custom print is $0.59 per coin ($5.90 for all ten); one selected holder is an add-on per kit.

Benefits

  • An NFC tag on a shared folio points to the receiving lab’s current public or customer-approved submission page.
  • Leaves sample identifiers, test requests, customer information, shipping records, and results in authorized systems.
  • Gives the team a small pilot for measuring repeated searches, stale links, and time spent finding the right resource.

Package Details

  • The 10-tag kit is $299.00. All ten coins point to one URL you select; one sticker color applies across the kit.
  • Use the tags on a general submission folio or suitable shared resource station—not on a sample, sterile barrier, product, or regulated record. The tag points to a page; it does not identify samples, track custody, validate instructions, or replace laboratory forms and authorized records.
All 10 tags open this one general destination. Use a public or customer-approved resource page. Keep sample IDs, customer details, test requests, hazardous-material data, shipping records, and results in authorized systems. The destination may require sign-in.
Choose your sticker color

Your base is a white 30 mm NTAG215 coin. We’ll apply this non-metallic color sticker to its face.

Custom print

Print up to two centered lines inside a 28 mm safe circle on the 30 mm coin’s color sticker. The 1 mm margin keeps print clear of the edge.

Choose a holding option

Choose the way you would like to carry your tag. Each holder is assembled with care to fit the 30 mm coin.

The sample has a box. The current submission page is still in somebody's inbox.

Give the lab's starting point a place beside the folio.

The package is ready. The right form, current shipping reference, and submission page still need to be found. Again.

Gloved hand holds a phone beside a lab submission folio with a lime NFC-A Tag coin in a clear holder.
One shared destination across ten tags. The records stay in their proper system.

Put the current resource on the outside of the handoff.

Keep the NFC tag on the outside of a general submission folio or beside a shared packing resource station. A tap opens the receiving lab's current public page, or a customer-approved index that points there.

Start from the source the lab maintains. Then get back to the work.

The tag points. Your approved process holds the record.

All ten coins open one URL your team provides. Name who owns that destination and when they will review it. If the page changes, update the link or destination through your normal process.

Sample IDs, customer details, test requests, hazardous-material data, shipping records, and results stay in systems authorized to hold them. Do not put the tag on a sample, container, sterile barrier, product, or regulated record.

Count the minutes spent finding the right submission resource.

Pilot at one approved, non-controlled folio or station. Track repeat searches or resends for the current general link, observed time to find and share it, broken or outdated links, and the time it takes to maintain the destination. Include setup and review.

Model capacity with your own observed numbers.

This planning estimate uses only the numbers you enter below. They stay in this browser; the form does not save or send them.

Estimated staff capacity = eligible resource requests × observed minutes saved ÷ 60 × loaded labor rate

Add observed values to see a planning estimate.

This estimates staff capacity and modeled labor value only. It is not a savings promise or a claim about sample acceptance, fewer errors, testing speed, quality, compliance, safety, or sample integrity. Compare against a baseline and include setup, destination review, and upkeep.

Useful pilot measures: repeated searches and resends; time to find and share the page; broken or outdated links; and time spent maintaining the destination.

Medical Device Lab Submission Readiness Checklist

Confirm the current submission page, applicable form, lab shipping resources, and the place for formal records. Assign an owner to the general resource link.

A general NFC-A Tag planning aid, not a lab procedure, shipping guide, regulatory advice, or Nelson Labs material. Follow the receiving laboratory's current instructions.
