  • Ten customized white 30 mm NTAG215 NFC tags, finished as NFC-A TAG coins with one selected full-face sticker color across the kit.
  • All ten museum NFC tags open one institution-selected visitor-resource URL, such as an exhibit story, audio page, collection page, or visitor guide.
  • Optional custom print is $0.59 per coin ($5.90 for all ten); one optional holder may be selected per kit.

Benefits

  • Give a visitor a clear next step when a wall label or gallery guide leaves them curious.
  • Keep the tag beside a freestanding visitor-information stand or on the outside of a guide folio, away from collection objects and labels.
  • Your institution owns the destination, its content, and its review schedule.

Package Details

  • The $299 kit includes ten customized 30 mm NFC tags, one sticker color, and one shared visitor-resource URL.
  • One holder can be added per kit. The tag opens a link; it does not host content, track visitors or objects, manage collections, or measure engagement. Keep collection inventory and visitor details in authorized systems.
All ten tags open one institution-approved general resource. Keep visitor details and collection inventory in your authorized systems.
Choose your sticker color

Your base is a white 30 mm NTAG215 coin. We’ll apply this non-metallic color sticker to its face.

Custom print

Print up to two centered lines inside a 28 mm safe circle on the 30 mm coin’s color sticker. The 1 mm margin keeps print clear of the edge.

Choose a holding option

Choose the way you would like to carry your tag. Each holder is assembled with care to fit the 30 mm coin.

Let the collection take the visitor one step further.

A wall label gives the first layer. When someone wants more, this NFC tag kit gives them a simple route to the exhibit story, audio, collection page, or visitor guide your institution has approved.

A visitor holds a phone near an NFC-A TAG coin attached to a freestanding gallery guide folio.

Make the next question easy to follow.

Set an NFC tag on a freestanding visitor-information stand or the outside of a gallery guide folio. A tap opens the page your team chose. Keep the tag clear of artwork, cases, accession labels, and storage.

Your institution owns the story.

Choose a destination your team already maintains. Name a content owner, set a review date, and test the link at the tap point. The coin stays in place while your institution updates its own page.

Model the staff time this route could return.

This estimates staff capacity from fewer repeat directions. It is an illustration, not a measured result or a savings promise.

Modeled net staff capacity 0 hours/year

Illustrative labor value $0/year

Formula: (redirections × minutes avoided ÷ 60) − setup and upkeep hours. Negative capacity stays negative. This model covers staff time only; it says nothing about visitor engagement, learning, donations, satisfaction, attendance, preservation, or collection care. Replace every input with observed local figures.

Map the tap point before it goes up.

Use the one-page worksheet to confirm the visitor question, approved destination, content owner, placement, and tap test.
