Product Details

The class is ready. Put the current course reference within reach.

Features

  • Ten customized NFC-A TAG NTAG215 coins, finished in one selected sticker color.
  • All ten NFC tags open the same URL: one organization-approved, non-sensitive course overview, public reference index, or instructor preparation resource.
  • Optional custom print is $0.59 per coin ($5.90 for all ten). A holder is an optional add-on per kit; none is included in the base package.

Benefits

  • Put a clear route to the current resource on a shared folio or approved classroom resource point.
  • Keep the destination in the organization’s existing system, with a named owner and review date.
  • Give instructors a shared starting point without adding course delivery, attendance tracking, or another record system.

Package Details

  • The $299 kit includes ten customized NTAG215 NFC tags, one selected sticker color, and one shared organization-approved URL.
  • Holders shown in the story are illustrative props; choose an optional holder in the configurator if needed. The NFC tag points to a page; it does not store course content, grant access, track learners, record attendance, or replace official learning systems or records.
All ten NFC tags open this shared destination. Use only content approved for the intended audience. Keep rosters, personnel details, schedules, operational information, restricted resources, credentials, and access tokens out of the URL. Your organization’s normal permissions remain in place.
Choose your sticker color

Your base is a white 30 mm NTAG215 coin. We’ll apply this non-metallic color sticker to its face.

Custom print

Print up to two centered lines inside a 28 mm safe circle on the 30 mm coin’s color sticker. The 1 mm margin keeps print clear of the edge.

Choose a holding option

Choose the way you would like to carry your tag. Each holder is assembled with care to fit the 30 mm coin.

The class should not wait while someone finds the right file.

The instructor has the room. The team has several versions of the same course reference. Place an NFC tag on a shared folio or approved classroom resource point. One tap opens the current, non-sensitive course index and the owner who keeps it current.

Keep the resource in the organization’s existing system. The NFC tag is the shortcut to it.

Keep the resource current where it already lives.

All ten NFC tags in this kit open the same organization-selected URL. Use it for a general course overview, public references, instructor preparation resources, or the right resource owner. Keep official delivery and records in the systems and processes already approved for them.

Operational value

Measure the time spent finding the current course resource.

Start with one instructor resource point. Count searches for the approved overview or reference index, outdated-link corrections, and time spent getting to the current page. Include setup and upkeep. Use the numbers from similar sessions before and during the pilot.

Enter observed numbers to estimate staff capacity. This is a planning estimate, not a savings or training-outcome promise.

Estimate = (eligible course-resource lookups × observed minutes saved ÷ 60 × loaded labor rate) − setup and destination-maintenance labor. Replace the assumptions with your own results. Actual conditions vary.

Field-ready checklist

Set up the shared resource before the class begins.

Confirm the audience, approved page, content owner, review date, tap test, and a backup route.
