Product Details
Put the product resource where the sample gets discussed.
Features
- Five rounded 2 × 3 inch PVC tap cards, each with an NFC tag inside, all in the full-face color you select.
- Every card in a kit opens the same organization-selected resource hub for catalogs, sizing or scanner guides, order resources, warranty information, training, or support.
- Optional custom print applies the same two centered lines to all five cards for $2.95 per kit ($0.59 per card).
Benefits
- Place the cards by sample displays, fitting stations, sizing references, order desks, or staff resource points.
- A resource owner can update the destination as materials change; the cards stay where the team uses them.
Package Details
- One five-card kit is $14.95. Two kits provide ten cards for $29.90.
- Choose the number of kits above. The same card color and print layout apply across each kit.
The Sample Is Here. The Next Step Is in Another Tab.
The demo orthotic is on the desk. The clinician has a question about the product line. The order guide is somewhere in a portal, a bookmarked page, or an email from last quarter.

Nobody needs another scavenger hunt between appointments.
Put the Resource Beside the Sample
Set the 2 × 3 inch PVC tap card in your selected color beside the sample. Each card contains an NFC tag that can open the supplier-selected catalog, sizing or scanner guide, order resources, product education, warranty page, or account-support contact.
Keep the provider portal behind its normal sign-in.
Keep the Transaction Where It Belongs
Keep patient-specific details in the practice's approved process. The card points to the next useful resource; it does not carry the transaction.
When a public guide changes, the resource owner updates the destination. The card stays where staff already look.
Make provider support easier to reach. Then measure what changes.
The small question arrives in the middle of a clinic day: Which guide? Which form? Who handles this order?
Start with a few practices and common resources. Measure how long it takes staff to reach the right guide or support route. Put the link at the fitting station or sample display. Check again after the practice uses it.
Compare like with like. If materials are out of date or hard to maintain, fix the resource ownership first.
Estimate staff capacity with your own observations
This calculator runs in your browser. It does not save or send the numbers you enter.
Modeled annual labor capacity value = lookups × avoided minutes ÷ 60 × loaded hourly labor cost
This estimates staff time and labor capacity only. It does not promise cash savings, fewer errors, faster fulfillment, order accuracy, or patient outcomes. Do not count every tap as a completed order or a support call prevented.

Where can I place an NFC tag?
Set the selected-color 2 × 3 inch PVC tap card beside the orthotic sample or fitting station where staff reach for product information.
What can an NFC tag open?
The organization selects a catalog, sizing or scanner guide, order resource, warranty information, training page, or support contact. Keep provider portals behind their normal sign-in.
