Product Details

The huddle is ready. The current project guide should be, too.

Features

  • Ten customized NFC tags, each set to the same team-selected destination.
  • Point the NFC tag to a general QI resource hub, meeting checklist, method reference, or owner index.

Benefits

  • Keep a shared project starting point close to the folio that travels into the room.
  • Keep the destination current as the resource index changes.

Package Details

  • Ten tags share one organization-approved URL. Choose one sticker color for the kit.
  • Optional custom printing is $0.59 per tag; holder upgrades are available. The included readiness checklist helps the team test its resource point.
All 10 tags point to this shared destination. Use a general team resource hub. Keep patient information, clinical measures, credentials, and restricted project details in your approved systems.
Choose your sticker color

Your base is a white 30 mm NTAG215 coin. We’ll apply this non-metallic color sticker to its face.

Custom print

Print up to two centered lines inside a 28 mm safe circle on the 30 mm coin’s color sticker. The 1 mm margin keeps print clear of the edge.

Choose a holding option

Choose the way you would like to carry your tag. Each holder is assembled with care to fit the 30 mm coin.

Keep the improvement work close to the team.

The huddle has started. Someone needs the current project guide. The folio is here; the link is somewhere in an old message.

The team folio becomes the starting point.

One tap. The agreed resource hub.

Place an NFC tag on a shared QI folio or another approved team resource point. A compatible phone opens the general hub your organization selects: project-planning templates, method references, meeting preparation, or the names of current owners.

All ten tags share one destination. The resource owner controls what lives there and keeps it current.

Point to general team resources. Keep restricted work in its approved system.

Count the minutes spent finding the reference.

Use observations from your own team. This estimates staff capacity only; it does not predict care or project outcomes.

(lookups × observed minutes saved ÷ 60 × loaded hourly rate) − setup and upkeep

Estimated annual staff capacity value: $0.00

Replace zeros with measured or finance-approved inputs. The estimate can be negative after setup and upkeep.

Before the folio goes to the huddle, test the handoff.

Use the QI Resource Readiness Checklist to choose a general hub, name an owner, confirm the intended audience, and test the NFC tag from a phone.

Questions about Pediatric Heart Center Quality Improvement Resource NFC Tag Kit

How can I use Pediatric Heart Center Quality Improvement Resource NFC Tag Kit?

Use this 10-tag kit to put one shared, organization-approved resource hub within reach of the quality-improvement team.

Where can I place an NFC tag?

Place an NFC tag on a shared QI folio or another approved team resource point. All ten tags use the same URL.

What can an NFC tag open?

The NFC tag can open general project-planning templates, method references, a meeting checklist, or a team owner index.

Can I change the destination later?

Yes. A compatible, unlocked NFC tag can be rewritten with the NFC-A TAG Writer or another NFC writing app. If it opens a webpage you control, update that page without replacing the physical tag.

Do people need an app to scan an NFC tag?

Usually, no. Most current Android phones and iPhones can read a standard NFC tag with their built-in NFC reader. Keep the phone unlocked, and use the QR fallback when it is included with the product.
