Product Details

Put the field reference beside the point where somebody needs it.

Features

  • Ten NFC tag touchpoints in three formats: four cable-tie tags, four weatherproof adhesive tags, and two rigid cards.
  • Assign one approved map, field form, documentation link, or project contact URL to each tag.
  • The tag opens the selected resource in your existing system; formal field records stay there.

Benefits

  • Cuts the walk back to the truck when the map or current form is already elsewhere.
  • Gives each sample point a clear route to its own approved reference.
  • Keeps resource updates in the system your team already maintains.

Package Details

  • The ten-piece kit includes four cable-tie NFC tags, four weatherproof adhesive NFC tags, and two rigid NFC cards.
  • One customer-approved URL is collected for each tag at checkout. Starting kit price: $99. Placement must follow site and surface requirements.
Add the approved destination for each NFC tag

Enter one approved, shareable resource URL per tag. Each URL is saved with the order so the destination can be prepared. Do not include passwords, access tokens, sample identifiers, customer data, or sensitive location details in a URL. Keep restricted records and their permissions in your organization’s authorized system.

Keep sample identifiers, results, exact sensitive locations, and formal records in your authorized system—not on a public page or in the tag.

The form is three searches away.

The sample point is in front of you. The right map is somewhere in the truck. The current form may be in the project folder—or in the message somebody forwarded last month.

Start at the point people search most.

Put a pointer where the work starts.

Use a cable-tie NFC tag on an approved, stable reference point. Use a weatherproof adhesive tag where the surface and site rules allow it. Keep a rigid card in the field folio or truck.

A phone tap opens the map, field form, documentation link, or project contact your team selected.

Keep the record in its proper place.

The NFC tag points to a resource in your approved system. The map, form, and formal sample record stay there. The tag does not identify a sample, create a record, prove who tapped, or verify that a step is complete.

The existing system owns the record. The tag points to it.

Give each point its own route.

Assign an owner to each destination. Check the link before a field round and when the underlying resource changes. Keep sample identifiers, results, exact sensitive locations, and formal records inside authorized systems.

Start with the place that sends people back to the truck most often.

Measure the search before adding another shortcut.

Track how often staff look for or resend the current map or form, the time to reach the right resource, and any outdated or unclear links. Compare similar field rounds. Include setup, placement, link review, and staff orientation.

Eligible resource lookups × observed minutes saved ÷ 60 × loaded labor rate − setup and link-maintenance labor.

Your numbers decide whether the shortcut earns its place. No assumed savings, sampling-error reduction, or faster lab work.

Questions about Sampling and Documentation Kit

How can I use Sampling and Documentation Kit?

Use the mixed-format kit to put the right map, field form, documentation link, or project contact at a sampling reference point.

Where can I place an NFC tag?

Use cable-tie tags on suitable fixed reference points, adhesive tags on approved clean surfaces, and rigid cards in a field folio or truck. Do not attach a tag to a sample container.

What can an NFC tag open?

Add one organization-approved URL for each of the 10 tags. A tag opens its selected link; the linked resource stays in your existing system.

Does an NFC tag create or verify a sample record?

No. It opens the URL you assign. It does not identify a sample, create a record, prove who tapped, verify a step, or manage chain of custody. Keep formal records in your organization’s authorized system.

What comes in the $99 kit?

Ten NFC tag touchpoints: four cable-tie tags, four weatherproof adhesive tags, and two rigid cards. You provide one approved resource URL for each tag. Price is a starting offer; shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout.
