Features

  • One 30 mm NTAG215 NFC coin with the selected non-metallic sticker color and a family-selected contact page URL.

  • Optional custom print adds $0.59. Holder upgrades are available separately at the prices shown in the configurator.

Benefits

  • Put one agreed contact route where a helper knows to look.
  • Keep page ownership with the family and review it when contacts or routines change.
  • Use a compatible phone to check that the selected page opens as intended.

Package Details

  • One white 30 mm NTAG215 coin and selected color sticker for $12.00, configured to one page URL supplied with the order. Custom print and holders are optional.
  • The tag opens the URL you supply; it does not host or update a page. No holder is included unless selected. It does not call emergency services, send alerts, locate or identify a person, or replace emergency procedures or clinical guidance.
Enter one page your family controls for designated contacts and practical, non-medical notes. The NFC tag points to the page; it does not host it. Do not put passwords, access codes, sensitive health details, or urgent response instructions in the URL or on a broadly shared page.
Choose your sticker color

Your base is a white 30 mm NTAG215 coin. We’ll apply this non-metallic color sticker to its face.

Custom print

Print up to two centered lines inside a 28 mm safe circle on the 30 mm coin’s color sticker. The 1 mm margin keeps print clear of the edge.

Choose a holding option

Choose the way you would like to carry your tag. Each holder is assembled with care to fit the 30 mm coin.

Make the family handoff easier to find.

The right family contact, ready for the handoff.

A helper arrives. The contact number is somewhere in a text thread. The routine note is on another page. The family chooses one contact page, enters its URL with the order, and puts the NFC tag where the next helper will know to look. A compatible phone opens that page.

A family helper taps a lime NFC-A TAG coin in a clear holder beside a phone with generic contact-page placeholders; holder is shown as a prop. Hands demonstrate a small lime NFC-A TAG coin in a clear holder on a leather lanyard; holder and lanyard are styling props and are not included unless selected. A 30 mm lime NFC-A TAG coin in a clear holder beside a smartphone showing generic family contact placeholders; clear holder is an optional prop.
The family chooses the page. The coin is the physical pointer; holder accessories are optional.

One page. A few useful details.

Choose the contact route and practical, non-medical notes a helper should be able to find. Keep sensitive details in the channels meant for them.

A handoff works better when the tag has a place.

Choose a familiar spot or select a holder in the configurator. The clear case and lanyard shown here are props; they are not included unless selected as an option.

Try the route before someone needs it.

Use a compatible smartphone to check that the destination opens. When a contact or routine changes, the family updates its page and checks the route again.

Give the handoff an owner.

A page stays useful when somebody owns it. The family decides what belongs, where the tag stays, and when the contact route gets checked.

This is a household organization aid. It does not measure care quality or provide emergency response.

  • Name the family role responsible for page updates.
  • Choose a primary contact and, if useful, an alternate.
  • Keep the page to practical details intended for a helper.
  • Agree on a familiar tag location and tell the helper.
  • Test the tap after a contact or routine changes.

Plan the handoff before filling the page.

Choose a page owner, decide what a helper needs, and set a review rhythm. The planner asks for roles and categories, not real contact or health details.

Keep urgent numbers and clinical instructions in the channels your family and care team already use. This NFC tag opens a page you supply; it does not call emergency services, send alerts, or locate or identify a person.

Questions about Senior Care Contact Tag

What does the senior care NFC tag open?

A compatible smartphone opens one family-selected contact page URL entered with the order. The family maintains the page in the service it chooses.

Where should we keep the tag?

Choose an agreed, easy-to-find place, or select a holder upgrade. A holder is not included unless selected.

What should the linked page include?

Use designated contacts and practical, non-medical notes that the family intends a helper to see. Keep sensitive details in the channels meant for them.

Does this tag send alerts or show a person’s location?

No. The tag opens the supplied page when tapped with a compatible smartphone. It does not call emergency services, send alerts, locate or identify a person, or show who tapped.

Can the destination be changed?

Update the page through its hosting service and check the route again. Whether the tag can be encoded with a different URL is not promised here; it does not host the page.
