Technical Customer Onboarding NFC Tag Kit

$399.00

Product Details

The customer is ready. Keep the current setup path close to the handoff.

Features

  • Ten customized white 30 mm NTAG215 NFC tags in NFC-A TAG’s coin format, with the sticker color you select across the kit.
  • All 10 tags open one customer-approved setup guide, checklist, resource index, or handoff form URL you provide.
  • Optional custom print is $0.59 per coin ($5.90 for all 10). One selected holder is an add-on per kit.

Benefits

  • An NFC tag on the shared implementation folio opens the current setup step.
  • Keeps the destination, customer records, and access rules in your organization’s existing systems.
  • Makes link ownership and review part of the handoff instead of leaving it buried in an old kickoff thread.

Package Details

  • The 10-tag starter kit is $399.00 and includes ten 30 mm NFC-A TAG coins set to one URL. All tags use one sticker color.
  • Optional custom print adds $5.90 for the full kit. One selected holder is added per kit. Use the tags on suitable shared folios or demo kits. They do not connect to CRM, ticketing, project, identity, or deployment systems; track customers; host or secure customer information; or replace your system of record. A compatible phone and network access may be needed; the destination may require sign-in.
All 10 tags in this starter kit open the same customer-approved guide, checklist, resource index, or handoff form. Keep customer records, credentials, access tokens, and confidential configuration out of the URL. The destination may require your usual sign-in.
Choose your sticker color

Your base is a white 30 mm NTAG215 coin. We’ll apply this non-metallic color sticker to its face.

Custom print

Print up to two centered lines inside a 28 mm safe circle on the 30 mm coin’s color sticker. The 1 mm margin keeps print clear of the edge.

Choose a holding option

Choose the way you would like to carry your tag. Each holder is assembled with care to fit the 30 mm coin.

The kickoff went well. Then the handoff moved into email, chat, and three versions of the same checklist.

The customer is ready. The setup guide is in somebody else’s inbox.

A 30 mm NFC-A TAG coin in a clear sleeve hangs from a leather implementation folio beside a phone displaying a generic resource index.
Ten 30 mm coins. One shared resource index. Your team owns the page behind the tap.

The kickoff thread is not a handoff plan.

The customer is ready to configure. The current guide lives in one inbox, the checklist in another, and the person with the right link is already in a different meeting.

Put the starting point on the folio.

Keep the NFC tag with the shared implementation folio or demo kit. A phone tap opens the approved setup guide, checklist, resource index, or handoff form your team chooses. All ten tags point to the same URL.

The destination may require sign-in. Keep customer records, credentials, and configuration details in the systems that already control them.

Give the handoff an owner.

The tag does not own the process. Your team does. Name who maintains the destination, set a review date, and test the link before the next customer uses it. A tap to a stale page just gets people to the wrong answer faster.

Find the minutes between “kickoff complete” and “customer ready.”

For a small pilot, measure the time to find and share the right resource, repeat requests for the current link, and the time spent maintaining and supporting the destination. Count those costs too.

If the handoff already works through an existing portal or QR code, keep using it. A physical shortcut earns its place only when it removes enough friction to justify another touchpoint.

Model your own handoffs

Use numbers your team observed. This estimate runs in your browser and does not save or send what you enter.

Potential capacity value = handoffs × observed minutes avoided ÷ 60 × loaded hourly labor cost

Potential capacity: about $625 from 8 staff hours.

A planning estimate, not guaranteed savings or a faster onboarding result. Account for setup, adoption, destination upkeep, and support.

Track during a pilot: time to find and share the selected resource; repeat requests for the current link; stale or broken links; and the time spent keeping the destination current.

Find the handoff gap before adding another shortcut.

Use the Technical Onboarding Handoff Audit to list the resources customers need, where each one lives, when it is needed, and who keeps it current.

A general planning worksheet. Do not include customer names, account records, credentials, access tokens, or confidential configuration.

Questions about Technical Customer Onboarding NFC Tag Kit

How can I use Technical Customer Onboarding NFC Tag Kit?

Use the 10-tag kit to place one customer-approved onboarding resource URL on shared implementation folios or demo kits.

Where can I place an NFC tag?

Keep a coin on a shared implementation folio or demo kit. Check that the phone can read it through the selected holder and at the intended point of use.

What can an NFC tag open?

All 10 tags open the same customer-selected setup guide, checklist, resource index, or handoff form. The destination may require sign-in.

Can each tag open a different customer page?

No. All 10 tags in this kit open the same URL you provide. Use a customer-approved resource index if several guides or checklists need to stay available.

Does the tag connect to our CRM or store customer information?

No. A tap opens the assigned destination. The tag does not connect to CRM, ticketing, identity, or project systems, track customers, or secure the page. Keep customer records, credentials, and access rules in your existing systems.
