  • Optional custom print is $0.59 per tag ($5.90 for ten); one holder may be added per kit.

Benefits

  • Put a shared crew reference on the folio, dispatch binder, or approved interior vehicle resource point.
  • Give the destination an owner and review date so the general reference stays current.
  • Keep the job-specific plan in the company system already used to manage it.

Package Details

  • The $299 working kit includes ten customized 30 mm NFC tags, one sticker color, and one shared approved destination.
  • Add custom print for $5.90 across the kit or choose one holder per kit. The NFC tag is a link to a general resource; it does not track a vehicle or crew, record work, or replace approved plans, required signs, training, procedures, or supervisor judgment.
All ten NFC tags open this one company-approved general resource destination. Keep lane plans, customer details, crew assignments, schedules, site-specific instructions, and incident information in the company’s approved system.
Choose your sticker color

Your base is a white 30 mm NTAG215 coin. We’ll apply this non-metallic color sticker to its face.

Custom print

Print up to two centered lines inside a 28 mm safe circle on the 30 mm coin’s color sticker. The 1 mm margin keeps print clear of the edge.

Choose a holding option

Choose the way you would like to carry your tag. Each holder is assembled with care to fit the 30 mm coin.

The next crew should not inherit a guessing game.

The truck changes hands at dusk. The work does not stop while somebody looks for the current handoff page.

A road-crew worker taps a phone near an NFC-A TAG coin attached to a shared shift-handoff folio inside a work truck.

Give the next crew one place to start.

Put an NFC tag on the shared crew folio, dispatch binder, or approved interior resource point. A compatible phone opens the company-selected shift handoff checklist and general operations-resource hub.

Ten tags. One shared destination. Place them where the same reference helps the next crew find its footing.

Keep the job-specific plan in its proper system.

Use the NFC tag as an entry point to a general resource. Keep lane plans, customer details, crew assignments, schedules, and site-specific instructions in the company's approved system.

The resource owner updates the destination through the system that already controls the page.

Ten NFC tags. A cleaner start to the next shift.

Put a number on the handoff friction.

Start with one crew group. Count how often a supervisor resends the general handoff reference or points someone to another binder. Time the search. Record link failures, setup, and resource-review time.

Estimated net staff capacity0 hours per year

Illustrative labor capacity$0 per year

Estimate = (eligible handoffs × observed minutes saved ÷ 60 × loaded hourly rate) − setup and destination-maintenance labor.

Use measured values. This estimates staff capacity; it is not a safety, compliance, incident, schedule, or savings promise. Include the work required to maintain the resource.

Set up the crew resource before the shift changes.

Choose the general starting page, name its owner, set a review date, then check the same destination on all ten NFC tags.
