$29.00

Product Details

The approved procedure exists. Give the person at the task a clear way to reach it.

Features

  • One white 30 mm NTAG215 NFC coin with the sticker color you select.
  • Set the NFC tag to one SOP, work instruction, task video, or training resource URL you provide.
  • Optional custom print is $0.59; the product page shows your selections in the tag preview.

Benefits

  • Puts a physical starting point for the approved task resource near the work.
  • Leaves the resource, permissions, review cadence, and training records in your organization’s existing system.
  • Lets your team test the path with the phones, accounts, and network workers will use.

Package Details

  • Includes one 30 mm white NTAG215 NFC coin configured for one customer-selected URL and one sticker color. Custom print is optional at $0.59. No holder, hosted content, SOP writing, or training software is included.
  • The NFC tag opens a destination. It does not validate document revisions, record acknowledgements or completion, assess competency, authorize work, or establish safety or compliance. Confirm the tag’s mounting instructions and test access at the intended location.
Use one destination your organization approves for the task. Keep passwords, access tokens, restricted instructions, and confidential process details out of the URL. The page may require your usual sign-in; test access with the intended devices and accounts.
Choose your sticker color

Your base is a white 30 mm NTAG215 coin. We’ll apply this non-metallic color sticker to its face.

Custom print

Print up to two centered lines inside a 28 mm safe circle on the 30 mm coin’s color sticker. The 1 mm margin keeps print clear of the edge.

Choose a holding option

Choose the way you would like to carry your tag. Each holder is assembled with care to fit the 30 mm coin.

The procedure exists. Getting to the right one is the work.

The binder moved. The shared-drive shortcut changed. The person who knew which video mattered is on another shift.

The next worker should not have to guess which folder.

Put an NFC tag at a work point your organization approves. Tap with a compatible phone to open the task's approved SOP or work instruction in the system your team already maintains.

A tap opens the resource. Your organization stays in charge.

Choose the approved procedure, visual work instruction, task video, or training page. Keep the source, permissions, review cadence, and training records in the employer's existing system.

Test access with the devices, accounts, and network workers will use. If a sign-in is required, the NFC tag does not grant it. Keep the approved fallback route in place.

Useful access is not proof of training.

An NFC tag opens a destination. It does not check revisions, identify who tapped, record acknowledgement or completion, assess competency, or authorize work. Keep those responsibilities in the systems and processes your organization already uses.

Measure the time to the right instruction

Measure the time to the approved instruction.

Start with one work point. Time how long it takes intended users to reach the right resource, how often they ask someone for the link, and whether access works during an ordinary shift. Compare similar lookups after the NFC tag is in place.

This estimate concerns access friction and staff capacity only. It does not measure training, task quality, safety, or compliance.

Illustrative annual staff capacity value after review time: $0.00

Estimate = monthly eligible lookups × 12 × observed minutes saved ÷ 60 × loaded labor rate − annual setup and review hours × loaded labor rate. Use measured inputs. This is not a savings promise.

This NFC tag is an access point to a customer-selected resource. It does not create or manage the SOP, validate revisions, record training, assess competency, authorize work, or establish safety or compliance.

Questions about Training and SOP Access Tag

What does this NFC tag open?

It opens the one customer-selected SOP, task work instruction, video, or training resource URL you enter with the order.

Where should I place the NFC tag?

Choose a work point approved by your organization and follow the mounting instructions supplied for the confirmed tag. The listing does not establish metal or outdoor suitability.

Does the tag track training completion or confirm the SOP is current?

No. The NFC tag opens a destination. It does not validate document revisions, record acknowledgements or completion, assess competency, or authorize work.

Will the NFC tag sign a worker into our training or SOP system?

No. The destination keeps its own permissions and may require your usual sign-in. Test the route with the accounts, devices, and network workers will use.

Does this replace our training or work procedures?

No. Keep approved procedures, required training, authorizations, records, and fallback access in the systems and processes your organization already uses.
